Born on the beautiful caribbean island of St Lucia, Nicholas Albert has always had a talent for singing. His early influences were the local reggae sounds along with classic motown, soul, R&B, rock and house music - in fact, all types of music challenged his ears and provoked a musical response from him. He says "If I couldn't make music, I can't imagine any other job that I would find so much joy in!"
